Course we Provide
B.Ed.
Bachelor of Education is a professional course that prepares teachers for upper primary or middle level (Classes VI-VIII), secondary level (Classes IX-X) and senior secondary level (Classes XI-XII).
According to the National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2014 the Bachelor of Education program, known as B.Ed, shall be of duration of two academic years.
Internship in Teaching
The Student are required to go through a school internship of five months (20 weeks) during two years in the schools under the supervision of a teacher educator of the Institution concerned in which a particular student is studying.
- The school internship of one-month (4weeks) duration will be held in second semester.
- The school internship of four months (16 weeks) duration will be held in third semester.
- Final examination of teaching practice/internship in teaching will take place in third semester after the completion of mandatory lessons i.e. 50 macro lessons in each of the teaching subject.
Seats Available
CTE (NRC) Govt. of India, has recognized RTTI, for an intake of two units with 50 seats in each unit. Total number of seats available in B.Ed is 100.

Course we Provide
B.P.Ed.
RTTI received NOC from the H.P. Govt. and recognition and approved from NCTE (NRC) Jaipur to run the B.P.Ed. Courses in this institute. The Course has been commenced from the academic session 2007- 2008. The admission curriculum and fee structure for the course is as per the norms of H.P.U. Shimla and NCTE. Bachelor of physical Education (B.P.Ed.) is a two year regular degree programme. The Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) programme is a professional programme meant for preparing teachers for physical education in classes VI-X and for conducting physical education in classes VI-X and for conducting physical education and sports activities in classes XI-XII
Working Days
There Shall be at Least 200 working day per year exclusive of admission and examination.

Physical Efficiency Test
The candidate for admission to B.P.Ed shall have to qualify for the physical efficiency test conducted by the H.P. University through the Chairman, Department of Physical Education, H.P. University, Shimla- 171001. The details of the test are given as under:

Course we Provide
D.El.Ed
Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed) is a two-year professional program in the field of teacher education. It aims to prepare teachers for the elementary stage of education, i.e. classes to VIII. RTTI being the pioneer in the field of education was also the first private institute in Himachal Pradesh to impart JBT training and has been strengthening this sector of education since 1999. Junior Basic Training (JBT), is now known as Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as per the new regulations of NCTE w.e.f. 2014.
Admissions procedure of this program is followed by RTTI as per the rules and regulations prescribed by the HP Govt. and HP Board of School Education, Dharamshala.
The aim of elementary education is to fulfill the basic learning needs of all children in an inclusive school environment bridging social and gender gaps with the active participation of the community.
Working Days
There shall be at least (200) two hundred working days each year exclusive of the period of examination and admission.

The Institute is recognized by NCTE (NRC) Govt. of India to run two basic units i.e. 50 students in each unit with a total of 100 seats in D.El.Ed programme.
Eligibility
Candidates with at least 50% marks in the higher secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission.
The reservation and relaxation in marks for SC/ST/OBC/ PWD and other categories is as per the rules of HP Board of School Education, Dharamshala. Relaxation of 5% marks in minimum educational qualification is available to SC/ST/OBC/PHH candidates.

Fee Structure of Diploma in Elementary Education
Fee Structure as approved by the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh on Dated 23rd Dec. 2002 is the same as approved now, vide letter no EDN-C.A.(1) 8/2002 dated 24th March
2004.
However, as per the govt. notification no. EDN -C-B(15) 1/1994-III Dated 22/07/2015. 10% P.A. of tuition fee has been increased for subsidized and non- subsidized seats for the 2 years JBT/ D.El.Ed. Course in Pvt. Colleges in the state. The same has been updated and mentioned below accordingly.
